Amicom was founded in 1995 by Managing Director Graham Bristow, a former Support Operations Manager at BBC Television Centre.  "I believed that IT support for small businesses was critically important to them; yet IT support companies served them poorly and were not run by people that understood the needs of businesses;  I was determined to change that".
